Introduction

There's so many people who's suffering from depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts and or behavior. Others who don't have these illnesses may have suffered from a lost of a loved one who either have these illnesses or committed suicide already and is wanting to prevent others from doing the same thing.

In a lot of cases, people tend to seek help from every which way possible. For those who's at their "wits end" tend to seek help from practically anyone who would listen.

Sadly, there are people who become so depressed that they end up committing suicide themselves.

This may be a touchy subject to a lot of you, and very heartfelt. And with that, this course was created in hopes of more lives being saved and more people can be educated about these illnesses and maybe they too can help prevent others from these illnesses.

For those who have these illnesses, how would you feel if you were able to control them or even get rid of them? How many of you feel as though you're alone? Or have some form of guilt or regret(s)? And how would you feel if you were the reason why someone hasn't committed suicide, all because you were there for them and helped them the best to your ability?
